The location was perfect. it was just across the street from the arena, wonderful. It made attending events so easy. i found the free coffee machine in the lobby very nice. the front desk staff were always friendly, they seemed eager to assist with anything i needed.
the air conditioning unit in my room was a bit noisy, though it did its job.

The rooms included a microwave and refrigerator. these amenities added convenience for storing and preparing small meals. the beds were comfortable, and the room was tidied daily. It was a very pleasant experience.

The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. they helped me check in early. I arrived a little after 10 am. the housekeepers i encountered were also friendly and kept everything immaculate.

There is a gym available. I used it for yoga. it felt secure. the hotel also provides a luggage storage room arriving before check-in time! it offers a great service.

Immaculate and Convenient!

The location is strategic. I could easily walk to Gastown, Chinatown, and the harbor. The nearest SkyTrain station is only about 7 minutes away, a big plus! My room was tidied up daily, something I appreciated IMMENSELY!!!

The space was tidy, just as advertised online. the shared bathroom presented no issues. It was clean and well-kept. the hotel's proximity to downtown attractions made exploring easy, and the price was very reasonable. i especially appreciated the full kitchen, a great feature .
the room lacked carpeting, made the laminate floors feel a bit cold.
